I’ve dedicated more than 20 years to helping people improve their health, fitness, and confidence. My background as both a professional bodybuilder and semi-professional footballer has given me the knowledge, discipline, and experience to help you achieve lasting results.
About ME
From Athlete to Coach
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I played semi-professional football for Southampton, Crystal Palace, and Chelsea under-21s before moving into bodybuilding, where I competed at a professional level. These experiences taught me the importance of dedication, discipline, and consistency — lessons I now pass on to my clients.
Training Built Around Real People
Fitness isn’t about one-size-fits-all programmes. It’s about understanding your goals, your lifestyle, and building a plan that works for you.
Who I Work With
I work with people of all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers. Many of my clients are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, looking to lose weight, build strength, recover from injury, or simply stay fit and healthy for life. Whatever your goal, I’ll help you get there.
My Approach
I believe fitness should be accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable. My role is to understand what you want to achieve, create a plan that fits your life, and push you further than you thought possible. I’ll always keep things supportive and approachable, but I’ll hold you accountable so you keep moving forward.
Experience You Can Trust
There are plenty of personal trainers out there — but very few with the mix of professional sport, bodybuilding experience, and over two decades of coaching. I know how to get results, and I know how to support you every step of the way.

“He is so flexible when it comes to my crazy work schedule and makes sure to always fit me in. Every day he pushes me harder towards my goals and expects a lot from me which keeps me motivated and goal oriented, without making me dread working out.”
